【Floral Meditation】💐🕊️

花朵從含苞、盛開到謝幕，猶如每個人個人的生命與情緒的自然流轉。

為慶祝我們的「INNER GROWTH STUDIO by ART OF LIVING」試業：今個星期六，我們被邀請到ELLE x Wellness Village呈現「Induced Calm」花藝靜心工作坊。

體驗由呼吸引導與靜心沉澱出發，帶你領悟花期與人生的微妙連結，放下繁雜思緒、開啟身心五感。

參加者將步入迷你花園親挑花葉，以觸覺與嗅覺感受植物的自然生命力；隨後在導師帶領下，順應花材原本的姿態隨心插花，於心流中創作獨一無二的花藝作品，找回內心平靜。

創作完成後，每位參加者均可將親手製作的花藝作品帶回家中，在日常生活中延續這份與花共處的平靜與療癒。

From budding and blooming to fading away, a flower’s cycle mirrors the natural flow of human life and emotions.

To kick off the soft opening of our “INNER GROWTH STUDIO by ART OF LIVING”, Emily Wong, founder of FLORISTRY by ART OF LIVING was invited by ELLE x Wellness Village to present the “Induced Calm” Floral Meditation Workshop.

Beginning with guided breathwork and mindful stillness, this journey invites you to understand the subtle connection between a flower’s lifecycle and your own, letting go of chaotic thoughts and awakening all five senses.

Participants will step into a mini garden to handpick flowers and foliage, experiencing the natural vitality of plants through touch and scent. Under the instructor’s guidance, you will arrange the blooms according to their natural forms—creating a unique floral arrangement in a state of creative flow and rediscovering inner peace.

After the workshop, each participant will take home their handcrafted floral creation to extend this peaceful and healing connection with flowers into daily life.
