Agnes is a professional psychotherapist and life coach with over 20 years of clinical experience. She also works as a corporate trainer and an instructor for psychology-related courses. Agnes possesses a wide range of professional capabilities; after graduating, she initially developed her career in administration and human resources before finding her true calling to become a psychotherapist and life coach. She is deeply passionate and wholeheartedly dedicated to her work in healing, coaching, and training. She utilizes a variety of integrated and non-traditional psychological therapies to help people overcome emotional distress and cope with difficult situations more rapidly. These methods include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Emotion Index Therapy (EIT), and more.
